Agreement

Beta service
EHS.now is in a controlled beta. Features may change, be interrupted or be removed. Candidate search is available only to approved employer and recruiter organizations whose plan includes it, and only for candidate profiles their owners have set to visible or anonymous; employers and recruiters do not receive candidates' email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses or resume files. Candidate contact or reveal features, contact credits and advertising are planned and are not offered yet. Billing currently runs in Stripe test mode only: no real charges are made and live payments remain disabled. Commercial pricing will be published before any paid launch.
Job listings
Many listings are gathered from employers' public career sites and applicant tracking systems and are classified automatically. We try to keep them accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that any job is still open, accurate or suitable, and listing a job does not mean the employer endorses or partners with EHS.now. Always confirm details on the employer's site.
Applying
Applications happen on the employer's own site or applicant tracking system, which EHS.now redirects you to. EHS.now does not submit applications, make hiring decisions or act as an employment agency for any listing. A confidential direct posting hides the employer's name on EHS.now, but the employer's external apply page may identify the employer.
Your account
Keep your login credentials secure and give accurate information. You may not create accounts for others, impersonate an organization, or claim a company you are not authorized to represent. Administrative access cannot be self-assigned.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, bulk-download or resell listings or profiles; attempt to access other users' data; interfere with the service; or upload unlawful, misleading or malicious content.
Your content
You keep ownership of the profile information and resume you provide. You give us permission to store and process it to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers

Termination
You may stop using EHS.now at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
