Draft — pending legal review
Privacy Policy
Operator: Numidia Cloud LLC · Draft dated October 1, 2026 · Bracketed items are placeholders to be completed before launch. This draft is not final legal advice or a final agreement.
Who we are
EHS.now is operated by Numidia Cloud LLC ("we", "us"). This draft describes our data practices during the controlled beta. [Registered business address: to be published before the beta opens.] Privacy contact will be published before public beta.
Information you give us
If you create an account: your email address, password (stored by our authentication provider as a secure hash, never visible to us), display name and account type. If you are a candidate, any profile details you choose to enter (title, location, experience, certifications, specialties, industries, desired salary, travel and relocation preferences), your visibility choice, saved jobs, job alerts and alert email preferences, and a resume file if you upload one. Employer and recruiter users may submit organization claim details such as company name and domain.
Information collected automatically
When you choose "Apply on company site", we record an apply click: the job, the time, the employer site host and path you were sent to, the referring site's host, any UTM campaign tags in the link, and a daily-rotating one-way hash derived from your IP address and browser user agent that we use only to limit abuse. Raw IP addresses are not stored in that record. If you are signed in, the click is linked to your account so it appears in your own history. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may keep standard technical logs.
What an apply click is
An apply click means you opened the employer's application page. It is not an application. We do not receive, see or submit your application, and we do not tell employers who clicked.
How we use information
To run your account, save your jobs, alerts and profile, show your own history, keep the service secure, measure aggregate usage, and improve job quality. Job alert emails are not being sent yet; when delivery starts, we will only email alerts where you have opted in, and every email will let you turn it off.
Resumes
Resumes are stored in private storage that only your own account can access. Employers and recruiters cannot see, open or download your resume, and EHS.now has no resume-sharing feature.
Candidate profile visibility
Your candidate profile has one of three visibility settings, which you can change at any time in your workspace. Private (the default): your profile never appears in employer or recruiter candidate search. Anonymous: approved employer and recruiter organizations whose plan includes candidate search can find your professional information (headline, general location, years of experience, desired salary, work-location and relocation preferences, certifications, specialties and industries) without your name. Visible: the same organizations see those professional fields together with your display name. In every setting, employers and recruiters do not receive your email address, phone number, home address, resume file or other private personal information. Organizations can keep a private shortlist of profiles they found; if you switch to private or delete your account, the shortlist no longer shows your profile details.
Contacting candidates
EHS.now does not currently offer any way for employers or recruiters to contact you, reveal your identity or obtain your contact details through the service, and contact credits are not live. We will update this policy before any such feature is offered.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that host and operate EHS.now on our behalf, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer subject to this policy. [List of subprocessors: to be finalized.]
Job listings and applying
Many listings are collected from employers' public career sites and applicant tracking systems. The employer's own site is authoritative for each job. "Apply on company site" sends you to the employer's or its applicant tracking system's own application page; EHS.now does not receive or submit your application, and once you leave EHS.now that site's privacy policy applies. Some employers post directly on EHS.now and may post confidentially: EHS.now then hides the employer's name on the listing, but the employer's external apply page may still show who the employer is.
Retention and deletion
You can edit your profile, delete your resume, unsave jobs and delete alerts at any time in your workspace. You can permanently delete your account from your candidate workspace; this removes your profile, resume, saved jobs, alerts and roles. Security and billing records may be kept with your identity removed. Privacy contact will be published before public beta. [Retention periods: to be finalized before commercial launch.]
Your choices and rights
Depending on your state of residence you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your data. [State-specific rights language: pending legal review.]
Security
We use access controls that limit each account to its own records and keep secrets on the server. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim any compliance certification.
Children
EHS.now is intended for adults seeking or offering employment and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We will update this page as the service changes. This is a draft and has not completed legal review.
